He is passionate about finding innovative solutions to any insurance challenge that comes his way. Adam has been a licensed insurance producer since 1996 and has held various roles within the agency. From snapping pictures of risks as a college student to gaining experience in home and auto insurance, he now specializes in commercial insurance. When Adam isn’t working, he’s all about family time. As a father of five, he cherishes moments spent traveling, hiking, hitting the beach, trying new restaurants, and taking leisurely walks with his wife, Amy, and their furry friend Pablo.

Charles now serves as the president and CFO. He started with the agency in 1970, working alongside his father and grandfather. While starting in the life insurance arena, he transitioned into real estate, where he thrived for 30+ years. He is currently serving in a leadership role for the agency. His main hobby is coin collecting turned into a separate business venture. He also enjoys cycling, motorcycle touring, and travel. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for 50 years, and he has two sons, Adam and Nathan.

Kelly Menard Gross started her career at Grojean Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2014. She is currently the accounting manager, commercial lines manager, office manager, Treasurer, and Secretary of Grojean Insurance Agency, Inc. She currently holds a State of Illinois insurance license. Previously, Kelly was a bank auditor. She is also the Director of The David Strawn Art Gallery. Kelly graduated from Illinois College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics with a minor in art and an MBA from the University of Illinois. Kelly has two sons, William Forrest Gross, wife Morgan, and Hunter Menard Gross, both of Jacksonville and one grandson, Fox.
